Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible to support your recovery:

  • Same Day Shipping: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
  • Next Business Day: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Holidays: Orders placed on federal holidays ship the next business day.

Note: Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

All orders ship via UPS Ground. Estimated delivery times from shipment:

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to:

  • All 48 continental United States

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your UPS tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately—address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, with neighbors)
  2. Wait 24-48 hours—sometimes packages are marked delivered early
  3. Contact UPS directly with your tracking number
  4. File a claim with UPS if the package cannot be located

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents, then contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
